My Dream Job

My dream job is journalist. For me, journalist is an interesting and challengeable work. And it pushes me to read book, magazine and newspaper every day. It s a good thing for me because it makes me know the evens around the world. Also to be a journalist can travel lots of great places of the world and meet lots of great and interesting people, it s exciting.

As for reading, everyone knows it is a very important thing to maintain one’s spirit and increase experiences. To be a journalist makes me to read and write. Firstly, reading can maintain my spirit. No matter it is a novel, a newspaper or a research report. Reading makes me know about my city, my country, the world and the whole society. After I read it makes me thinking. Secondly, reading increases my experiences. In my whole life, I cannot travel all around the world. So reading articles give me opportunities to know the different culture from different part of the world. It is interesting.

On the other hand, to be a journalist can travel lots of great places of the world. Travel is a good opportunity to know different culture and events. During the travel, I can meet different people and talk to them; it is great to meet new people in new place. All in all, it is amazing.

To sum up, to be a journalist is my dream job .It is interesting because it push me to read book, magazine and newspaper. Also to be a journalist can travel lots of great places of the world and meet lots of great and interesting people isn’t it amazing?

Good Characteristics of a Good Leader

In my opinion, a good leader should be responsible, friendly and have a clear construction of the company.
First of all, a good leader should be responsible. He should be able to response all the problems of the company. For example, my uncle‘s friend own a company by himself. Sometimes when the company faces to a big problem, he always has able to handle the problem. So all the staffs respect him very much. And that is why he can earn money and also be respect by people. So a good leader should be responsible.
Secondly, a good leader should be friendly and kind to his staffs. He should firstly respect others, and then he can be respect by others. In addition, he should realized the importance of group work which is the most important part of the work in a company. So he should be friendly to make the group work going very well.
Furthermore, a good leader should have a clear construction of the company. He should what is the final goal of the company and make sure everything is on the right way to the goal. Therefore, the whole company will be succeed in their field.
In brief, to own a company is different and a big challenge. But if the leader can be responsible, friendly and have a clear construction of the company, the company will be succeed in the future.

THE HOLIDAY -- my favoirate movie

The Holiday is my favoirate movie from i began fall in love with movie until now. The actor and actress are Cameron Diaz , Jude Law, Kate Winslet, Rufus Sewell Ed Aristone, Jack Black Lydia Blanco and Edward Burns. My favoirate actress is Kate Winslet, her acting is fantastic, just at the beginning she already make people follow her to cry about her story. And the story is about the British Women's Alice (Kate Winslet ornaments) and the U.S. Women's Amanda (Cameron Diaz) have just experienced a failed romance, but also have experienced her boyfriend's betrayal, so she decided Christmas to leave the office, go to a new place had a quiet holiday, in order to heal his own frustration. By chance, the two have the same face of the woman met on the Internet, and two people's thinking, they leave for their own made a bold and exciting decision, that is, to exchange their own for the other holiday accommodation. Therefore, Alice embarked on a flight to the United States, while Amanda Alice also came to live in the UK that have a heavy mood of the house in Britain. I fall in love with this lovely story in the first sight, and i like the lyric at the beginning which is ---" I have found almost everything ever written about love to be true. At that time, smoking opium are stronger each day from the royal and to the civilian population as much as several million. Lin Ze xu who is a governer of the royal, he can not bear it and he knows that if keep this situation the Chinese government will decline, so he wrote to the emperor demands to ban opium, the emperor agreed to the appointment as the Imperial Commissioner Lin Zuxu, let him answer for the opium ban. Lin Zexu set a military order: If he can not stop the opium, he would never return to Beijing.
Therefore, he went to Guangzhou. First grasped the whole situation, and tell them they must surrender all opium within three days. The sellers disagree and try to muddle through so just surrender of a thousand boxes of opium. Lin Zexu knows the sellers were cheating at him so he get they all arrested together. After that the sellers realized the importance of the ban, so in the few days later, they surrender a total of more than 20,000 containers, weighing of more than 2.5 million pounds. Traveling in my countury – China

Traveling to a different country can be both exciting and frustrating at the same time. If u come to my countury, i would suggest u in three most important pieces. They are showplaces of acient China, delicious foods and modern shopping centers.
First of all, for show places, there are three choices which are my favorite. One is the Forbidden City. When u come to the mainplace of it, it looks like someone turns your clock back.
All the old, traditional building and the old plants will impress u deeply. Also, i will suggest the most famous one -- the Great Wall. There is an old adage about Great Wall in China which said "He who has never been to the Great Wall is not a true man ." So you can see how important it is in China's hostory. In addition, i will recommend the Temple of Heaven. It is the place where the emperor fetes. The building is exclusively technique and really great. It has resonance after u speaking at there. That is an imperial architecture.
Secondly, for food, that looks like i have a lot to say. China is not only famous for its long long history, but also for its delicious and thousands of cuisine types. We have boiled dumplings, steamed stuffed bun, also rice cake which are our traditional food. Meanwhile, i will suggest you to try our spicy food and hot pot.That is delicious and unforgetable. For example, the water boiled fish, it is made of the most spicy chilli of China. Moreover, if you come at the festival time, such as our Middle Moon Festival, you also can taste the moon cake, which is my favoriate traditional food in my country.
Futhermore, for shopping, i will recommoned you come to Beijing or Shanghai, also Hongkong. These place has the most clean and convenient place for shopping. And also there are lots of retail outlets. You can find everything that you want at here. All in all, it is good place for shopping.
In brief, there are lots of good places and food that you can visit and try in China. I really suggest you come to China and I promise you will have a good time here.

Ways to waste time on foreign travel

There are many ways to waste time on foreign travel. Firstly, watching movies, videos, playing PSP, NASL degital products are good choice because they will be fun for you. For example, romantic movies cna make you confortable. History movies can make you familiar with foreign countries. PSP, NDSL and those games can make you relaxed. Secondly, reading a book, novel or newspaper can make you relaxed and also make you forget the length and frazzle of a long journey. Finally, looking at family photos also can keep you enjoy time on foreign travel. They make you laugh and remind you of beautiful and happy memories of family time. So, in my opinion, watching movies, videos, reading books and looking at family photo are the best ways to waste time on foreign travel.

Today and Yesterday

For me , there is much differents between now and five years ago. I mean not only my appearance outside but also my mind or ways of thinking and my life behavior.
Firstly, for appearance, I used to have short hair with caput five years ago. It make me looks childish. But now i m in long hair and looks more mature. Also, i m getting taller than before these years, so happy for me.
Secondly, I changed a lot about my ways to thinking and judgement on different events. For example, i used to easy getting angry with things that can not satisfied me. So if my parents print my room into green or gray, which is the color i do not like or someone promised me any appointment but can not participate, I will getting angry. So you see I can get mad just because of small things. But now i changed a lot and getting better and better. Maybe cause i m growing up and getting older so my mind become mature. Now I can forgive mistakes no matter it is small or big, I can understand people and think about it in their situation. That s good and also my parents like my changes.
In addition, I changed the life behavior which is unhealthy. For instance, I always get up late and went to school without breakfast. On weekend, I never do any exercise and just stay at home watching movie. But now, I will try my best to do some easy sports. And also I realized the importance of life behavior, so now I always get up early and have breakfast. It really works cause I can feel the changes on my body and become more energetic.
All in all, I changed a lot these five years and getting better. No matter my appearance, my life behavior or my ways of thinking. Anyway, I like these changes of myself and I will keep working on these good changes.

A Great Prime Minister Of China

Last year is the most difficult year of China. We go through the storm in south, the earthquake, the flood in north, the violent event in Tibet and the big accident of train crash. Lots of people died and lots of family broke by the disasters. Lots of tear and move in this year that we can not forget, but there is a person that moved us mostly and bring us warm , love and the light of life. He is the prime minister of China named Jiabao Wen. Maybe you can not image how was the terrible feel when you watch TV news reported the huge munber of died people. But i had. What i really want to tell is this time the experience, it should be once again proved that we can come to believe that his feelings are genuine. He is full of true feelings of kind-hearted person. He often tears, mourning for the dead, for the injured pain, for the loss of their homes and loved ones of the elderly, children crying. True emotion Heaven and Earth. People have different ways to take a different approach, greetings and thanks to the Prime Minister expressed the hope that the Prime Minister to take a break.But he never stopped. When the catastrophe came, it was already 66 years old Prime Minister alone to hit the earthquake came to the scene, came to the most dangerous front line. Always stick to the line, together with the victims, and rescue teams together, braved aftershocks and rain, withstand the pressure from the sky and underground command earthquake relief. My Favorite Movie

My favorite movie is the most fascianting, romantic and imcomparable one " Titannic ". It is the only moive that make me fall in love with it at the first sight when i watched it. I love the lovely views on the sea. i love the huge ship, love the big meal party in the nobility and upper-class. Also i love the handsome actor and gorgeous actress, which is a famous actress from England. My most favorite part of the movie is the part of sinking ship. i love the music espically the five musicians which keep playing the concert and finally dropped into the sea. It is scared my totally but moved me. And the love between Jack and Lucy moved all the people. It is romantic and beautiful.

Memorable Event

My memorable event is about the tsunami that happened in my hometown when i was a child. When it came, i was almomt sleeping in my room. But suddendly I woke up with a start and heard someone shouting a tsunami was coming. I was shocked and didn't know what to do expect to cry. Then my mother ran into my room and pulled a coat on me. At that moment, se\he was bare footed, but still ran so fast and take me out of house.At that time, I rememberd i heard lots of crying and shouting.Then i saw my father tan out and looked for us. I m was so scared, i cried and he heard me. After he hugged me, i stopped crying. My mother has broken her foot when she was running out the house holding me. After that we drove to the safe place and camped for one day. So that is my memorable event in my life. It s unforgetable because I totally felt my parents love for me although i was a child at that time. I will never forget it.

Change or No Change

The most thing I would like to change about myself is my shortage of sport. Because I am almost an idiot in doing sports, I mean EVERY kind of sports. From my memory of my childhood, it seems like I have never been to be an athelete of any sports meeting no matter i was in primary school or in high school. Every time I saw my classmates took part in the sports meeting, i was so admire at their talents of sports. So if i have chance to change one thing about myself, i'd like to be a good athelete. For the thing i don't want to change about myself is my passion for life. I'm a pasitive person in daily life, and i can be strong in every trouble or problem. This is the my most favourite characteristic of myself. I cannot live without it. Also my parents are so proud of this feature of me so they don't need to worry about me when i meet a big trouble. See what a amiable and obliging daughter i am! So that are things i want to change and do not want to change about myself.

My Supper Mom

My mother was born in China. She graduated from unversity and got a high-paying job. She is smart and can do everything almost perfect. So she spends lots of time to do social activites and sh has many friends and enjoys her friendship. She is geogous not only her style but also her mind and heart. She is very kind and always likes to help people. Also she loves shopping. But she is kind of cute mom. Sometimes she makes mistakes which I can not unbelieveable, but it makes me funny. She is my mother. I want to be a successful amd independent woman like her. She can do well also in her job and housework. She is a good at cooking. Her delicious food drive me totally crazy. She is super house maker and take good care of my family. I feel so lucky that I have such a super mother. I love her.

Hello, I'd like to introduce myself to the class. My name is Kara and I come from China. I was born in the capital of China, Beijing and my parents work there. I am the only child in my family. My father is a lawyer . My mother used to be a engineer, but now she is a totaly housewife. After graduated from high school, I came to U.S. So I just moved here three weeks ago and I love here. I love the California sunshine, the beach, the green and frondent plants. In my spare time, I usually go shopping and watch movies. For me, I prefer literature and history more than math and physics. I want to be a journalist, that's why I come to America. I can improve my muglish, learn more about my major and take the professional training.I don't have any special talent . I would like to introduce my classmate Viviana. She was born in Bogota, which is a fascinating city in Colombia. Viviana has the happiest family. She has two younger brothers. One is studying business in Australia now, another is a student of Bogota University. Her parents are good at business and they have owned a company for more than 10 years, which makes underwear clothes for women. The most interesting thing is Viviana used to live in London, and work in a Chinese Technology Company. It is interesting becouse I am a Chinese. She came to America to improve her English and get her MBA master degree. Viviana is also a traveler. She loves traveling. She has been to France, Italy, England, Switzerland and lots of beautiful places. Also, she likes watching movies and dancing in her spare time. Her most favorite subjects are math, physics and of course English. Now you can see that Viviana is a deep and gorgeous girl.
